window.location.reload()
window.location.refresh()
标准DOM文档里这样描述的:
refreshMethod:
Refreshesthecurrentdocument.
(刷新当前文档)
reloadMethod:
Reloadsthecurrentpage.
(重载当前页面)
reload会导致从URL指定的来源重新加载所有资源(缓冲的情况不考虑)
refresh只是重绘了DOM树
