mybatis出现sql异常时的日志优化-打印sql参数（版本2）

版本1有个问题，必须要配置mybaitis的logimp，否则会报错。重新写了了个新版本的插件拦截器，新版本的和配不配置logimp无关系，并且代码取自mybatis中的源代码，可保证正确效果
